야뇨증에 대한 전침치료 동향(1994-2010년 중국 임상논문 중심으로)
초록
Objectives: The study was designed to evaluate the effect of electroacupuncture on patients with nocturnal enuresis in China.
Methods: We performed systematic reviews of case reports and case-control studies of electroacupuncture on patients with nocturnal enuresis published from 1994 to 2010 in CNKI(中國知識基礎施設工程 http://www.cnki.net) at September, 2010.
Results: 18 studies were selected. The electroacupuncture points frequently used were Chungguk(中極), Kwanwon(關元), Samumgyo (三陰交), Shinsu(腎兪), Bangkwangsu(膀胱兪), etc.
G6805 electroacupuncture instrument was most frequently used in those studies and the treating methods of electroacupuncture were various according to each study.
The combination of electroacupuncture and other therapy showed better results than the simple therapies such as simple electroacupuncture or acupuncture, western medicine, herbal medicine, auricular therapy.
Conclusions: There have been 18 studies of electroacupuncture on patients with nocturnal enuresis in China and these studies can be applied to the clinical practices in Korea.
