급성 스트레스장애 및 외상후 스트레스장애의 한의학적 치료 3례
초록 본 논문은 급성 스트레스장애 및 외상후 스트레스장애의 한의학적 치료 3례에 대한 연구로 주요 내용은 다음과 같다.급성 스트레스장애 및 외상후 스트레스장애를 진단받은 3명의 환자에 대해서 한의학적 치료를 적용하여 개선되는 효과를 검색하기 위하여불안감, 불면증, 심계항진, 놀람반응과 같은 임상증상을 STAI에 의한 방법으로 평가하였다.그 결과 한의학적 치료는 불안감, 불면증, 심계항진, 놀람반응과 같은 임상증상을 개선하였고, STAI scores 역시 감소하였다.결론적으로 한의학적 치료는 급성 스트레스장애 및 외상후 스트레스장애에 대하여 효과를 가짐을 시사하는 내용이다. Objectives : In this case report, we will present three patients diagnosed with acute stress disorder or post-traumatic stress disorder improved by application of oriental medical treatments. Methods : We treated three patients with acute stress disorder or post-traumatic stress disorder by oriental medical treatments.The effect of oriental medical treatments were evaluated by STAI and clinical symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia, palpitation, startle response. Results : As a result of oriental treatments, clinical symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia, palpitation, startle response were improved, and STAI scores also decreased. Conclusions : These results suggest that oriental treatments may have an effect on acute stress disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.[원문 보기]

脾胃虛弱으로 변증한 상세불명의 진전 치험 1례
초록 본 논문은 비위허약(脾胃虛弱)으로 변증한 상세불명의 진전 치험 1례에 대한 연구로서, 주요 내용은 다음과 같다.74세의 여자 환자는 전신 진전과 구역감으로 고통 받아 비위허약으로 변증하여, 한약 치료와 침구 치료를 하였다.그 결과 구역감은 사라졌고. 전신 진전도 호전되었다. 이 결과를 토대로 한방 치료는 전신 진전에 효과가 있다는 내용이다. Objectives : This study was designed to research the effect of oriental treatments for tremor by the way of reinforcing weakness of the spleen and stomach(脾胃虛弱).Methods : A 74 year-old female patient has been suffered by severe tremor and nausea for a month.We treated the patient by the way of reinforcing weakness of the spleen and stomach(脾胃虛弱) with Herbal medication and acupuncture.Results : As a result of oriental treatments, nausea was disappeared, and tremor was improved.Conclusions : These result suggest that oriental treatments have an effect on tremor.[원문 보기]

眼瞼下垂를 동반한 火病 환자 치험 1례
초록본 연구는 안검하수(眼瞼下垂)를 동반한 화병(火病) 환자 치험 1례로 5개월 간 화병을 앓고 있는 중안검하수가 동반된 51세 여성에게 한약, 동양 심리치료, 침치료를 시행한 결과, 안검하수가 사라졌고, 화병도 점차 개선되었다.따라서 한방 치료가 안검하수를 동반한 화병치료에 효과적이라는 내용이다. Objectives : This study was designed to research the effect of oriental treatments for Hwabyung with Blepharoptosis.Methods : A 51 year-old female patient has been suffered by Hwabyung for 5 months and by Blepharoptosis for 2 weeks.We treated the patient with Herbal medication, oriental psychotherapy and acupuncture.Results : As a result of oriental treatments, Blepharoptosis was disappeared, and the symptoms of Hwabyung was improved gradually.Conclusions : These result suggest that oriental treatments have an effect on Hwabyung with Blepharoptosis.[원문 보기]

東醫寶鑑 十種頭痛을 중심으로 한 두통 처방의 轉寫에 대한 연구
초록 Objectives :The purpose of this literature review was to clarify the procedure of historical changes centered on medications of 10 kinds of headache in 『Donguibogam』(東醫寶鑑). Methods :We searched the database-China Academic Journals(CAJ). For papers published since 2007-2011, which are classified in categories. Results :1. By searching medications of 10 kinds of headache in 『Donguibogam』(東醫寶鑑), 32 prescriptions were selected.2. We reviewed the books, which is clarified as the reference of the aforementioned 32 prescriptions in 『Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑).3. 31 books mentioned in head part of 『Uibujeonrok』(醫部全錄) were also selected as the reference, and we searched the aforementioned 32 prescriptions in the former 31 books. Conclusions :1. The herb medications of 10 kinds of headache in 『Donguibogam』(東醫寶鑑) were mostly affected by 『Seuideukhyobang』(世醫得效方).2. 21 prescriptions among 32 prescriptions in 『Donguibogam』 were directly quoted from the books that the prescriptions were firstly appeared and 11 prescriptions among the 32 prescriptions were re-quoted from other books that succeeded the source books.3. We suspect that the components, dosages of the herb medications of headache in chapter Du(頭) of 『Donguibogam』 were revised, according to the author's clinical experience and circumstances.4. 고압산소요법을 병행한 한방치료로 호전된 주의력결핍-과잉행동장애를 동반한 학습장애 아동의 치험 1례에 대한 고찰
초록 Objectives: This study is a clinical report of a patient with ADHD and learning disorders who is being treated with hyperbaric oxygen, scalp acupuncture, cognitive enhancement therapy and speech-lan-guage therapy. Methods: The BASA-R, BASA-M and REVT tests were used for the diagnosis of learning disorders.For the treatment, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, scalp acupuncture, cognitive enhancement therapy and speech-language therapy were all being used.The Raven's matrix tests were compared for between before and after the abovementioned therapies. Results: After the treatment, Raven's matrix test grade improved from 4 to 5.The improvement of the patient's concentration, communication, motion, confidence, and sleep conditions were observed. Conclusions: These therapies including the hyperbaric oxygen therapy are efficient for the treatment of ADHD and learning disorders.[원문 보기]

항우울제 복용환자에 대한 한의치료와 심리치료 활용 2례보고
초록 Objectives: The purpose of this study is to show that patients taking antidepressants significantly respond to Korean medical treatments and M&L psychotherapy. Methods: We treated two patients with Korean medical treatments (acupuncture, moxibustion and Herbal Medicine)and psychotherapy including M&L psychotherapy and Li-Gyeung-Byun-Qi therapy.The patients were diagnosed based on DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for MDD.Beck's Depression Inventory (BDI), Beck's Anxiety Inventory (BAI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) were used to evaluate the patients. Results: The following observations were made after treatments:Case 1: the patient showed significant improvement in Beck's Depression Inventory (BDI), Beck's Anxiety Inventory (BAI), and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).Case 2: the patient showed significant improvement in Beck's Depression Inventory (BDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Conclusions: These results suggest that Korean medical treatments and M&L psychotherapy might be effective for treating patients suffering from MDD.[원문 보기]

한방치료와 심리치료를 통한 강박장애 환자 치험례
초록 Objectives The purpose of this study is to report that a patient with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) significantly responds to Korean medical treatments and psychotherapy. Methods We treated the patient with Korean medical treatments (acupuncture and herbal medication) and Melonis Calyx Vomiting Therapy.We also used psychotherapy including Li-Gyeung-Byun-Qi therapy. The patient was diagnosed by DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for OCD.We used Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory-Revised-Korean (OCI-R-K), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Beck’s Depression Inventory (BDI), and Beck’s Anxiety Inventory (BAI) to evaluate the patient. Results OCI-R-K score was decreased from 39 points to 9 points.BDI score was decreased from 14 points to 6 points. BAI score was decreased from 25 points to 13 points. Conclusions This study suggests that Korean medical treatment is an effective way to treat patients who suffer from OCD.[원문 보기]

자살에 대한 한의학적 고찰 : 『동의보감(東醫寶鑑)』을 중심으로
초록Donguibogam's views on human life provide us with insight into suicide prevention by perceiving lifeas priceless.In addition to the approaches of modern medicine, we can employ ‘mentally and physicallyintegrative treatment’ and ‘prevention-based treatment’ from Korean medicine as a therapeutic pointof view.We can also employ ‘I-Jeong-Byeon-Gi Therapy’ and ‘Oh-Ji-Sang-Seung Therapy’as therapeuticmethods.In this paper, we consider these approaches and clinical adaptations for suicide preventionfrom the perspectives of Korean medicine.[원문 보기]

과루해백백주탕과 과루해백반하탕을 이용한 본태성 비정형성 흉통 환자 호전 2례
초록Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of traditional Korean medicine,including Gwaruhaebackbackju-tang and Gwaruhaebackbanha-tang, on idiopathic atypical chest pain. Method: Herbal medicine and acupuncture were carried out. NRS scores were used to evaluate the effect of the treatments. Results: After the treatments, the patients' chest pain improved, as the NRS score decreased. Conclusion: This study suggests that traditional Korean medicine treatments might be effective for idiopathic atypical chest pain.[원문 보기]

한국 처음 공황장애 한의학 박사 논문 공황장애의 한의학적 치료 효과 및 예측인자 연구
초록Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify predictors of clinical efficacy of oriental medical treatment for patients with panic disorder.Methods: We analyzed medical records of 41 patients who were diagnosed with panic disorder through DSM-IV or ICD-10 by 2 oriental medical neuro-psychiatrists. We performed frequency analy-sis of demographic characteristics in patients with panic disorder, and assessed the correlation be-tween the psychological scales by Pearson correlation. Repeated measures ANOVA were used to com-pare the psychological scales during the treatment; and Single regression analysis was used to analyze the factors that have correlation to improvement of panic disorder by oriental medical treatment. Psychological scales used in the study were STAI-X-1/2, STAXI-S/T, BDI2, BAI, BSQ, PAS, ASI, LOT-R, SWLS, LSES and LSMS.Results: Patients’ demographic characteristics indicated that there were twice more female than male patients; furthermore, there was a high ratio of patients in their 20s and 30s, with the highest percent-age of onset-age in the 20s and average duration of panic disorder from 1∼5 years. More than half of the total patient cohort comprised of those who had panic disorder with agoraphobia and major de-pressive disorder; in addition, major accompanied symptoms were dyspepsia, chest discomfort and headache.
