한의학 칠정(七情)에 기반을 둔 핵심감정평가척도를 이용한 공황장애 환자의 특성 연구
초록 Objectives: The purpose was to conduct a characteristic study on panic disorder patients through TheCore Emotional Assessmental Questionnaire (CEAQ), followed by a correlation analysis with STAI, STAXIand BDI.Methods: We analyzed medical records of 62 patients who had visited ○○ University hospital,ori-ental neuropsychiatric department and completed the The Core Emotional AssessmentalQuestionnaire (CEAQ), STAI, STAXI, and BDI. Finally, 20 patients who were diagnosed as Panic Disorderaccording to DSM-Ⅴ (2013) were included in the study. Patient data was analyzed by Chi-Square test,frequency analysis, independent t-test, one-sample t-test, and correlation analysis using the SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social S 21.0 Version).Results: 1. Panic disorder patients experienced lessHui, and more Sa (思), Gong (恐), Kyeong (驚), and Bi (悲). 2. Female Panic disorder patientsexperienced more Hui (喜), as compared to male patients; whereas, male patients experienced more No(怒). 3. U (憂), Bi (悲), Sa (思), Gong (恐), and Kyeong (驚) emotions of Panic disorder patients werecorrelated to STAI-S, STAI-T, and BDI.[원문 보기 클릭]

암 환자의 핵심칠정척도를 활용한 정서적 특성 연구
초록Objectives The Purpose of this study was to conduct a characteristic study on cancer patients using theCore Seven Emotions Inventory (CSEI) followed by a correlation analysis with STAI, STAXI andBDI.Methods This study was conducted by analyzing the medical records of 21 patients who had visited○○ University Oriental hospital and completed the Core Seven Emotions Inventory (CSEI), BAI, and BDI.A total of 21 patients diagnosed with Cancer were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for theSocial Science, IBM, United States of America, Version 22.0). Frequency Analysis, independent t-test,one-sample t-test, and correlation analysis were conducted.Results 1. The Seven EmotionCharacteristics of the Cancer patients showed a fairly stable emotional Distribution. The Gong (恐) andKyeong (驚) emotions were relatively higher than U (憂), Bi (悲), Sa (思), Hui (喜), No (怒). 2. Accordingto Gender, Female patients exhibited higher Sa (思) and Kyeong (驚) emotions while male patientsexhibited higher Bi (悲) Emotion. 3. No (怒), U (憂), Bi (悲), Sa (思), Gong (恐), and Kyeong (驚)emotions showed a high correlation with the BDI and BAI scores of cancer patients.[원문 보기 클릭]

비알코올성 지방간 세포 모델에서 소분청음의 지방증 완화 효능 연구
초록 Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the anti-lipogenic effect of Sobuncheong-eum on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in free fatty acid induced cellular model. Methods : HepG2 cells were treated with palmitate for 24h to overload intracellular triglyceride (TG) content in the presence or absence of Sobuncheong-eum extract.After palmitate treatment, Intracellular TG content was measured with TG assay kit. Several lipogenesis related markers, including AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK),sterol regulatory element-binding transcription factor-1c (SREBP-1c), acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC), and fatty acid synthase (FAS), were assessed using Western-blot analyses and RT-PCR. Results : Palmitate markedly increased intracellular TG in HepG2 cells, and which were alleviated by coadministered Sobuncheong-eum extract.Sobuncheong-eum extract activated AMPK, which plays a key role in reducing hepatic lipid accumulation, and reduced lipogenic fators, SREBP-1c, ACC, and FAS. Conclusions : Taken together, it is conceivable that Sobuncheong-eum has an potential to alleviate steatosis, and which may be mediated by activating AMPK at least in part.[원문 보기]

DITI를 활용한 청소년기 특발성 척추측만증에 대한 임상적 고찰
초록 Objectives : This study was performed to investigate the correlation between Cobb's angle and digital infrared thermographic imaging(DITI) on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. Methods : A total of 56 patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis were classified into four groups according to their Cobb's angle.Four groups were made for each increment of $5^{circ}$: group $5-10^{circ}$, group $11-15^{circ}$, group $16-20^{circ}$, and group $21-25^{circ}$.Next we checked thermal differences of 6 acupoints(GB21, BL13, BL15, BL20, BL23, BL26) on DITI and analyzed correlation by SPSS ver. 20.0.0 for windows. Results :1. The average patient age was approximately 13 years old.2. The majority of patients complained of pain on both sides.3. Significant correlation was found between group $11-15^{circ}$ and group $16-20^{circ}$, group $16-20^{circ}$ and group $21-25^{circ}$ on Simsu(BL15) by Duncan test. Conclusion : Using DITI, Simsu(BL15) is expected to be a valid indicator for the diagnosis and treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.[원문 보기]

천마의 용량에 따른 기억력 향상 효과에 대한 연구
초록 Objectives: This study was designed to investigate the dose-dependent effects of Gastrodia elata Blume for memory improvement. Methods: This study was a 12-weeks, double blind, and comparative clinical study.Those who were eli-gible worked with a group of healthy seniors, all 60 years of age or older.22 subjects were randomized either to Gastrodia elata Blume powder form that was steeped in hot water or placebo.We measured the faculty of memory by using MMSE-K, Digit Span, Letter Fluency Test, Word List Memory Test, and Trail Making Test, and again after 12 weeks. Results:1) Neither Gastrodia elata Blume groups nor control have a difference in MMSE-K, Digit Span, Letter Fluency Test, and Trail Making Test.2) Gastrodia elata Blume group showed significant advances in immediate recall 1 and 2 of Word List Memory Test, and 3 g group show better results than the 4 g group.3) 4 g Gastrodia elata Blume group showed significant advances in the recognition of Word List Memory Test. Conclusions: The results suggest that positive effects on memory improvement due to Gastrodia elata Blume depend on the amount.[원문 보기]

반하후박탕(半夏厚朴湯)의 사회·심리적 스트레스에 대한 실험적 연구(實驗的 硏究)
초록 Objectives: This study is designed to investigate the effects of Banhahubak-Tang Extract (BHTe) on stress. Methos: BHTe was fed to ICR male mice ($20{pm}2g$) orally with the dose of 100 mg/kg/day for five days.Mice were then exposed to sociopsychological stress by observing foot shock stressed mice for one hour for five days while restrained. Results:1) The BHTe-administered group showed a tendency of decreasing of serum corticosterone secretion compared with the control group.2) The BHTe-administered group showed an increase in noradrenalin secretions in the dorsal cortex of the brain, but it was not significant.3) BHTe administration had no effect on the brain level of lipid peroxidation.4) BHTe administration decreased the serum level of lipid peroxidation.5) BHTe administration decreased the Cu,Zn-SOD in the brain.6) BHTe administration had no effect on catalase activity in the brain.7) BHTe administration had no effect on the brain level of GSH.8) BHTe administration increased the serum level of DPPH free radical scavenging activity, but not significantly enough to make a comparison with BHT.9) The elevated plus-maze test is designed to detect the effect of anxiolytic drugs.The BHTe group showed a significant increase in latency time. 반하(半夏)가 스트레스로 인한 생쥐의 뇌조직 유전자변화에 미치는 영향 연구
초록 Objectives: Pinelliae Rhizoma has traditionally been used as an anti-depressant in oriental medicine.This study is to investigate the effect of Pinelliae Rhizoma extract (PRe) on psychological stress in genome wild expression of mice. Methods: After giving physical stress to mice, PRe was orally administered with 100 mg/kg/day for five days.After extracting whole brain tissue from the mice, their genome changes were observed by micorarray analysis method.The genome changes were analyzed by IMAGENE 4.0, TREEVIEW, FatiGo algorithems, BOND database, cytoscape program, etc. Results:1. PRe administered group were remained at normal level; 60% of increase was shown in expressed genes by physical stress, and 65% of decrease was shown in expressed genes by psychological stress.2. Genes with increased expression in control group that remained at a normal state in PRe administered group were involved with the gene of a cellular metabolic process on biological process, protein binding on molecular function, and cell part on cell composition. 칠정(七情)에 의해 유발되는 신체적 증상에 대한 통계적 고찰
초록 Objectives: The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between Chiljeong, as a stress factor and pathological symptoms, by using Several Mood state Questionnaires. Methods: A total of 144 students of Dongshin University Oriental Medicine responded to the Questionnaires for Sasang Constitution Classification II (QSCCII) and regarding several mood states.In this study, 132 students` data were used, excluding the data from 12 of the students. The included 132 students were classified into four groups according to QSCCII.The effects of Chiljeong as a stress factor in diseases were determined by Several mood state Questionnaires.These data were analyzed by frequency, Person`s chi-square Test, ANOVA, Scheffe, Multiple Comparison, and Correlation using IBM SPSS 19.0K for Windows. Results:1. Sasang Constitution made no difference on the level of mood and the variability of mood.2. In physical symptoms scale, the average of "Noh" was higher than that of other emotions in Gastrointestinal, Cardiovascular, and Pain symptoms.The average of "Gyeong" was higher than that of other emotions in Insomnia symptoms.[원문 보기]

Chronic Mild Stress 유발 흰쥐에서 윤조교심탕이 스트레스 및 수면 관련 호르몬에 미치는 영향
초록 Objectives: The study aims were to evaluate the Anti-stress and Sleep-inductive effects of Yunjogyosim-tang (YJGS) in rats induced by Chronic Mild Stress (CMS). Methods: 25 healthy Rats were randomly divided into 5 groups; Normal, CMS (Control), YJGS 50, YJGS 100, and YJGS 200.All rats except the normal group were exposed to random stress conditions like water deprivation, empty bottles, forced runs on the treadmill, etc. according to the timetable of CSM for 3 weeks.After a week starting the experiment, Rats in YJGS 50, YJGS 100, and YJGS 200 groups were fed orally once a day for 2 weeks.Blood samples were taken afterward from each rat for analysis of Complete blood count, AST, ALT, and glucose levels.Corticosterone, serotonin, and melatonin were measured by ELISA kit.BDNF and $TNF-{alpha}$ were measured by RT-PCT. Results:1. Corticosterone levels were lower in YJGS 50, and YJGS 200 groups compared to the control group.2. Serotonin levels were lower in the YJGS 100 and YJGS 200 groups compared to the control group.3. Melatonin levels were higher in the YJGS 50 group compared to the control group.4. 화병군과 비화병군의 의사소통 유형 및 스트레스 대처 방식 비교 연구
초록Objectives: Interpersonal stress is a major cause and aggravating factor of Hwabyung.The purpose of this study was to compare communication type and stress coping style between the Hwabyung pa-tients group and non-Hwabyung patients group. Methods: The total number of study participants was 101. Based on the Hwabyung symptom scale,the study participants were divided into Hwabyung patients group (30 patients) and non-Hwabyung pa-tients group (43 patients; control group),and the others were excluded from the study .All included patients were administered the Virginia Satir's communication type questionnaire and stress coping scale based on Folkman & Lazarus's theory.The independent t-test was used to determine the stat-istical significance between the features of communication types and stress coping styles in each group.In addition, Spearman correlation analysis was used to identify the relationship between com-munication types and stress coping styles. Results and Conclusions:1. Communication types differed significantly between the Hwabyung pa-tients group and non-Hwabyung patients group.2. Hwabyung patients scored significantly higher in each dysfunctional communication type than functional communication type.Scores of placating stance and super-reasonable stance, which were subtypes of dysfunctional communication type, were high in the Hwabyung patients group.The non-Hwabyung patients group scored the highest in Congruent stance, classified as functional communication type.3.
